Honda Other description

2012 Honda ST1300 ABS, ST1300The Honda ST1300A s special blend of touring comfort and sporty performance has made it an enduring favourite among riders who like to travel long distances often by the most twisty, out-of-the-way, boy-this-is-fun routes. Its ultra-smooth 1,261 cc V-4 engine with Honda s PGM-FI electronic fuel injection delivers a seamless spread of power and torque, while the twin-spar aluminum frame contributes to agile handling on those squiggly-line-on-a-map roads. And when you re exploring new areas, it s comforting to know that the ST1300A s Dual-Combined Braking System with ABS is always ready to help when the unexpected happens. Weather-resistant hard saddlebags lock on or clip off with a single latch, making them easy to carry into your tent or hotel room. Want to vary the ergonomics during a long day in the saddle? The plush, supportive seat has three height settings with three fore and aft positions, and the electrically adjustable windshield raises or lowers at the push of a handlebar-mounted button. So pick a destination anywhere on your road map, and get going. Your Honda ST1300A is ready to show you the world like you ve never seen it before.

Max Biaggi Announces Retirement

Wed, 07 Nov 2012

Max Biaggi will retire as a champion, announcing his decision to step away from the sport after winning his second World Superbike Championship by just half a point. The man known as the Corsair and the Roman Emperor announced his retirement this morning at a press conference at the Vallelunga circuit near Rome, Italy. Biaggi ends his 21-year international racing career with six world championships, with four consecutive 250cc Grand Prix titles from 1994 to 1997 to go along with his 2010 and 2012 WSBK titles.

Honda And Repsol Celebrate 20 Years Together

Mon, 10 Feb 2014

If we were to play a game of word association, the mention of “Repsol” would automatically trigger “Honda” from the audience, or at least anyone who pays the slightest bit of attention to Grand Prix racing. That’s because the two companies have achieved much success in this, their 20th year as partners. The longest running partnership between sponsor and manufacturer in the history of the Motorcycle World Championship, Repsol Honda has won 10 World titles, 124 race wins and 338 podiums in 500cc and MotoGP.

Did you get your bike serviced at George White Slough?

Thu, 18 Aug 2011

Unfortunately, The George White branch at Slough has closed which means the sales, clothing and servicing departments are all gone. I got to know a few of the guys there as they're local to me and helped put my 848 Challenge bike together. If you used to get your bike serviced there, you might wonder where you can now go to get it done.
