Honda Other description

Get Ready To Be The Center Of Attention. The first time you see it, the Honda Stateline will grab your attention and refuse to let go. Just like it will draw everyones stares wherever you ride it. Sure, a lot of it has to do with its cool, classic lines and progressive retro styling. Or the blacked-out cylinder fins surrounding that massive 1,312 cc V-twin. Or the Statelines long, low-slung profile, perfectly accented with swept-back bars atop raked-out forks and full-size fenders spooning fat front and rear tires. Or maybe it is simply the combination of all these things. And you know what? Who cares? Because when a bike looks this cool and works this well, you just want to sit back, start her up. And go riding. Pure Motorcycle. With The Emphasis On The Motor. With its potent 1312cc 52-degree V-twin, the Stateline delivers strong low- and mid-range torque, ample passing power and an exhaust note that you???ll love right from the start. Classic Style Meets Modern Function. The Statelines specially designed speedometer nestles perfectly in a beautiful tank-mounted nacelle. It is going to make you smile every time you look down at it. Styling touches like this abound on this bike. Brake Time. The Stateline features front and rear disc brakes, and the option of Hondas Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS). That makes for powerful, sure stops, because you never know what the open road is going to throw at you.

Drool-worthy new trials bike

Fri, 25 Oct 2013

THIS is the new Montesa Cota 4RT260 Factory, a sort of BMW HP4 of the trials world. Developed in collaboration with Honda, and the Repsol Montesa Honda Trials team, it’s got a 259cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine designed to compete with smaller two-strokes while producing less emissions. There are two versions, the £5,699 standard 4RT260, aimed at amateur-to-advanced riders, and the more competition-focussed Factory Race Replica version, with Showa suspension, at £6,799.

American Honda Played A Big Role In Bringing Nicky Hayden Back To Team Red

Tue, 08 Apr 2014

In late 2013, American Honda was presented with an opportunity to bring Nicky Hayden back to the Honda family, and renew the relationship that started in 1999 when Hayden was just 17. By retaining Hayden’s services to ride the Honda RCV1000R in the MotoGP World Championship series for the DRIVE M7 Aspar Team in the 2014 and 2015 seasons, American Honda is also now a proud sponsor of the DRIVE M7 Aspar Team. His first MotoGP season (2003) saw Hayden finish fifth in the championship on the Repsol Honda RC211V and win Rookie of the Year honors.
