Honda VTX description

2007 Honda VTX1300C, STREET ROD LOOKS/COBRA EXHAUST/LOW MILES 8671 - Cast wheels, dual exhaust with shorty pipes, a tank-mounted speedometer and street-rod looks are what define the incomparable style of Honda's VTX1300C, while a beefy, 1,312 cc V-twin is what defines its soul. Choose between lustrous Black, Dark Red, Pearl White or Pearl Blue paint schemes, capped by gleaming, fender-to-fender chrome, and you'll know what it's like to be the center of attention.

Mackenzie Tricker Looks To Pad WMX Points Lead At Glen Helen Raceway Sunday

Thu, 10 Apr 2014

Having won the opening two rounds of the 2014 Women’s Motocross Championship (WMX) – at the AMA sanctioned Ricky Carmichael Amateur Supercross at Daytona International Speedway in Florida, and at the James Stewart Freestone Spring Championship in Wortham, Texas, Australia’s Mackenzie Tricker comes into this weekend’s race at Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, California, with momentum on her side and a 17-point lead in the series standings. Round three of the Women’s Motocross Championship (WMX) will run in conjunction with the FMF California Classic, which runs from April 9 through April 13, with both WMX motos taking place on Sunday. So far, Tricker has won three of the four motos held to date, and the Yamaha-backed rider is hoping to pad her lead in the series standings with a good finish this weekend.

Been blasting all around the UK on my Crosstourer DCT this summer. The bike is mega in a Range Rovery-posh and grunty kind of a way. But it’s that engine and gearbox that transcend the normal into new realms of brilliance. I’ve been doing my best not to bore people too much about DCT but it’s hard.

Moriwaki MD250 - the stink wheel eradicator

Tue, 31 Aug 2010

This beautiful motorcycle is the Moriwaki MD250 road racer, the replacement for 125cc two-strokes in MotoGP come 2012. The alloy beam chassis houses Honda’s diminutive CRF250X uni-cam motor, normally seen wearing long travel suspension and knobbly tyres. The quick revving liquid cooled four-stroke motor offers electric-start convenience and a maintenance schedule that most two-stroke racers can only dream of.
