Husqvarna 530RR description

For sale is my California plated 2009 Husqvarna 530RR. This is the motorcycle that Husqvarna built to celebrate its dual Supermoto World Championships. I have been told that only 5 of these bikes were imported to the US. It currently has only 32 hours on the clock from new. 


Husqvarna fitted all of the best parts including:
  • slipper clutch
  • upgraded suspension
  • full Ti Arrow exhaust
  • Brembo Monoblock caliper
  • Brembo radial master cylinder & wave rotors. 

The bike came from the factory with the Alpina tubeless system in an Excel rim- 16.5'' front, 17x5.5'' rear. I will also include the Husky 17'' front wheel I bought to run street tires. A set of nearly new Conti Attack SM's are currently fitted (95% tread). Oil has been changed every 5 hours and valves checked every 10. The bike is in nearly mint condition except for the rear wheel has some marks on it from contact with the chain. An additional chain slider has been fitted to solve the problem. 

If you are planning on running the headlight often it may be a good idea to send the stator out for a rewind since the stock charging system wasn't designed for lights. The bike has never been raced or crashed. It is registered through June of next year. Original MSRP was $14,299.

McQueen’s Husky on the Auction Block

Thirty-two years after his death, Steve McQueen still reigns as the coolest movie star to ever ride a motorcycle. One of his preferred brands was Husqvarna (another, seen here, was Triumph) and to the delight of motorcycle enthusiasts and McQueen fans alike, one of his bikes will soon be in the hands of a new owner. This 1970 Husqvarna 400 Cross owned and ridden by Steve McQueen will be up for auction on January 10th, at Bally’s Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, by Bonhams. The motorcycle comes with an exhaustive quantity of documents supporting its provenance and authenticity.

Rare Racing Motorcycles To Be Displayed At AMA Legends Weekend
