Yes this is a Brand New motorcycle that has never been on the road. Here at Smokin Joes Motorsports we are the oldest Indian Motorcycle dealer in the nation and we are putting up our own 2000 Indian Millennium Chief up for sale, this is a collector dream. There were only 250 of these ever made and this is the last motorcycle to go to a dealer, #250 went to the president of Indian when it was in Gilroy Cal. There is no scratches or blemishes on this unit it is brand new and has been a display unit for our dealership since we got it delivered to our store from the factory. The engine is a S&S Super Stroke 88 motor with a Five speed transmission, this motorcycle is all stock and come with what you see in the photos. Two Recall Campaigns for 2009-2011 Indian Motorcycles
Mon, 11 Jul 2011Polaris issued two separate recalls for 2009-2011 Indian motorcycles, one for a problem with the headlight and another with the kickstand. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the kickstands on 2009-2011 Indian motorcycles may not fold up and to the rear if the motorcycle is moving forward with the stand deployed. The Indian Scout Rogue should appear as a 2022 model
Mon, 03 Jan 2022Indian Motorcycle has provided the NHTSA with a 2022 VIN list of motorcycles, which includes two new models: the Scout Rogue and the Scout Rogue Sixty. The motorcycle will be based on the Scout Bobber platform and will be equipped with either a 1133cc engine or the "Sixty" liter engine and will be available with or without anti-lock brakes. Information about the imminent appearance of "Scoundrel" (this is one of the meanings of the word "Rogue") in the Scout line appeared in April 2021, when Indian applied for the Scout Rogue trademark.
Polaris Reports Q2 2013 Results
Tue, 23 Jul 2013Polaris Industries reports a 11.8% increase in net sales and a 14.6% increase in profit over the quarter ended June 30, 2013. The company earned a record $80 million in profit in the quarter, compared to $69.8 million in the same quarter last year. Most of the gains however were from Polaris’ off-road vehicles, its GEM, Goupil and Aixam small vehicles and sales of parts, garments and accessories including Klim apparel.
