I HAVE A VERY RARE PAIR OF INDIAN ENDURO MOTORCYCLES FOR SALE. THEY ARE 1974 ME-100'S. THE BLACK 1 WAS RESTORED A FEW YEARS AGO AND RUNS GOOD. IT NEEDS TIRES AND A CLUTCH CABLE. THE RED 1 IS A SURVIVOR AND IS ALL STOCK, IT NEEDS TIRES, BATTERY, COIL, SPARK PLUG AND A FEW OTHER PARTS. IT IS ABOUT 85 PERCENT COMPLETE. THESE ARE VERY HARD TO FIND LET ALONE PURCHASE. 2014 Indian Chief Priced at $18,999, Set for Debut at Sturgis
Mon, 13 May 2013The storied Indian Motorcycles brand will enter a new era this August at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally with the debut of the 2014 Indian Chief. Powered by the all-new Thunder Stroke 111 engine, the new Chief will be the first new Indian motorcycle introduced after the company was acquired by Polaris Industries in 2011. To prepare for the launch, Polaris has released a new image and video of the new Chief, and announced it will be available in North American dealerships later this year with prices starting at $18,999.
WSBK Cancels Round at India’s Buddh International Circuit
Wed, 14 Aug 2013The 2013 World Superbike Championship season will end about a month earlier than scheduled, with the cancellation of the Nov. 17 round at India’s Buddh International Circuit. The Indian round had already been moved from its originally scheduled date of March 10 but the extra few months do not appear to be enough to get the circuit ready to host WSBK in November.
Polaris Acquires French Quadricycle-maker Aixam Mega
Thu, 11 Apr 2013Polaris has added another brand to its growing list of acquisitions, buying out Aixam Mega S.A.S., a French manufacturer of light-duty commercial vehicles and quadricycles – small four-wheeled enclosed vehicles that can be driven, in some markets, without an automobile driver’s license. Aixam Mega joins Polaris’ portfolio which already includes Victory Motorcycles, Indian Motorcycles, electric vehicle makers Global Electric Motorcars and Groupil. Like GEM and Groupil, Axiam Mega produces small vehicles, though its products include both electric and diesel-powered vehicles.
