2006 KTM 250 SXF IN SHOWROOM CONDITION. BIKE IS COMPLETELY STOCK. IT HAS A six GEAR TRANSMISSION, SO EVEN THOUGH IT IS A MOTOCROSS BIKE, IT WORKS PERFECTLY FOR TRAIL RIDING. I AM THE 2nd OWNER; BOTH OWNERS HAVE BEEN OLD GUYS, WHO PRE-OWNED THE BIKE FOR TRAIL RIDING ONLY. I HATE TO SELL IT, BUT NEED THE MONEY. I ALSO HAVE A NEW 5' X 8' TRAILER FOR SALE. If you read motorcycle magazines - and even road tests on polished websites like this one (!) - you'll be used to seeing pictures of bike journos hamming it up for the camera. Yes they look slick as they kiss another apex, crest another rise with the front wheel pawing the air (those clichés are TM BIKE magazine by the way). But you don't often get to see anything 'behind the scenes'.

We wrote about the KTM Freeride yesterday on Motorcycle.com and now the Austrian manufacturer has released new photographs of the electric motorcycle prototypes, including pictures from the official unveiling at the Tokyo Motorcycle Show. FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013

The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
