KTM RC8R description
2012 KTM RC8R with 12743 miles. I am the original owner, bought it new on 3/23/12. Bike still has an extended warranty until 3/23/2017.
Was used as daily driver for a few years, have bought another bike so I don't use the KTM much, so it's time to make room in the garage. Report: KTM Developing 375cc Twin for Bajaj
Tue, 08 May 2012Austrian manufacturer KTM is reportedly working on a new 375cc Twin-cylinder engine for Indian partner Bajaj. Bajaj owns a 47% stake in KTM and the two companies have worked together in the past for the KTM Duke 125 and Duke 200 as well as the Bajaj Pulsar 200NS (pictured above). According to India’s Business-Standard, KTM and Bajaj are collaborating on a new 375cc engine at Bajaj’s research and development facility in Akurdi, India, outside of Pune.

Today’s stage, part one of the first marathon stage with no team service, was characterized by the highest ever racing altitude in Dakar history. Facing the 22,841 foot summit of the Aconcagua, South America´s highest mountain, the motorcycle riders had to cross a pass over 14,107 feet in elevation in trial-like conditions.
2014 KTM Freeride 250R – Two-Stroke Power in a 204-Pound Package
Tue, 27 Aug 2013Back in 2011, KTM introduced a new entry-level off-road model called the Freeride 350 with an astounding light claimed weight of just 218 pounds. Three years later, the Austrian has followed it up with a new 249cc two-stroke version claiming an even lighter 204 pounds. The new Freeride 250R becomes the third member of KTM’s Freeride family alongside the 350 and the electric Freeride E.
