Kawasaki KLX description

2006 Kawasaki KLX250S in Great Shape!  I purchased it 18 months ago to get into riding motorcycles.  I have since moved up to cruiser and thus rarely ride this bike.

Only approx. 4100 miles and in great condition.  Has a new rear tire (maybe 300 miles on it) with Michelin Ultra Heavy Duty Inner-Tube (the one that is very thick and comes in a box the size of a shoe box!) .  Seat Concepts seat to help cushion the ride.  Acerbis grip guards.  FMF Powercore 4 Exhaust with KLX300 header and appropriate carb jetting for great power from a 250!  Runs really good and still gets around 50 mpg.  I also have the stock muffler and a new uninstalled front tire (current tire is still in good shape).  Chain and Sprocket are in good shape.  I really know of nothing this bike needs but a new rider.

This is a great KLX.  Starts up easy and runs good.  I mainly rode it in WV on the gravel roads and in Pisgah National Forest on the gravel roads.  I love this bike but since I still have many other toys something needs to go....

Please look at the pictures.  I am including the bags on the KLX with it.  Great for carrying snacks, tools, or whatever you want to carry!

I don't sell junk!!  See my feedback!

2014 AMA Supercross – Indianapolis Results

Mon, 03 Mar 2014

Ryan Dungey captured his first win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season in a wild main event that saw two of the top title contenders crashing on the starting straight at Indianapolis‘ Lucas Oil Stadium. Smartop MotoConcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi took the holeshot for the second race in a row, but the big news was incoming points leader Ryan Villopoto and Ken Roczen going down before the first turn. Roczen trailed Villopoto by nine points going into the Indianapolis round, but the KTM rookie’s hopes of overtaking the reigning champion took a blow when he went down on the straight, knocking Villopoto off in the process.
