2013 Kawasaki Klx140, Regardless of a rider's level of experience, the KLX 140 provides the perfect opportunity to show just how much a little can do. This compact, multi-talented dirt bike offers straightforward push-button starting, and a steady flow of power that will fit the needs of both young and old. Bringing the KLX 140 to life is as simple as pressing the power switch and thumbing the start button. The power switch includes an internal LED to remind riders when the ignition is on, and preventing dead batteries. The powerful 144cc engine is easy to manage via a manual clutch and a five-speed, close ratio transmission. And a progressive clutch means that younger and beginning riders can more easily get the hang of shifting and clutch use; its progressive nature also means half-clutch can be used at extremely low speeds. The clutch also offers a more direct feel and more durability.

New 1972 Kawasaki Z1 only £720
Fri, 29 Jun 2012Looking at the pictures of Japanese firm Yamato's new Kawasaki Z1 you'd be hard pushed to tell it's not the real thing. But in fact it's a scale model only just over a foot long, made with incredible attention to detail with several years of development to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the original 900cc Z1 of 1972. Using 3D scanning of real parts, the bike was scaled down to create this model, which has now gone on sale in Japan at an eye-watering £720 apiece.
2013 Kawasaki KX Motocross Bikes Revealed – Air Forks for KX450F!
Wed, 23 May 2012Kawasaki has unveiled its 2013 KX series motocross bikes. Both models receive updates for 2013 but perhaps the biggest change is the new pneumatic fork on the KX450F. The KX450F has done well for Kawasaki, thanks to Ryan Villopoto’s 2011 and 2012 AMA Supercross and 2011 AMA Motocross championships.

Fri, 13 Jul 2012Emerson Fittipaldi is probably best known for his four-wheel racing career which include two Formula One World Championships, a CART racing title and two Indy 500 victories. What might be less known, at least outside of his native Brazil perhaps, is Fittipaldi owns a pair of Kawasaki motorcycle dealerships. The 65-year-old former racer and his team has produced a limited edition run of 50 Kawasaki ZX-10R sportbikes in the black and gold colors of his 1972 F1 Championship-winning John Player Lotus 72 car.
