Kawasaki KX description
I have a 1994 KX125 for sale that was given to me from my brother. This bike was handed down from his friend and now it's in my hands. I intended to fix it up and give it to a friend but I decided to buy an exhaust for my 450. Anyways, The bike does run but is hard to start now that it's cold and snowing. The bike DEFINITELY needs a new spark plug and would benefit from a carb rebuild. I rode it around a few times before I let my friend borrow it and it ran good so I'm sure the piston and rings are in attractive shape. I haven't yet changed the oil or cleaned the air filter. The silencer fell off when my friend borrowed it (It was broken anyways).Like I said this bike needs work but would make a great project bike! Provisional 2012 World Superbike Championship Entry List Released
Wed, 18 Jan 2012The International Motorcycling Federation has released a preliminary entry list for the 2012 World Superbike Championship. The preliminary list includes 24 entries representing six manufacturers: Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. Noticeably absent is Yamaha which announced last summer it would pull out of WSBK racing.

2011-2012 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Recalled for Crankcase Oil Leak
Fri, 10 Aug 2012Kawasaki is issuing a recall on its 2011 and 2012 Ninja ZX-10R due to a potential oil leak in the crankcase. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, engine oil may leak from the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R‘s crankcase from a machined area where the starter is mounted. Leaked oil may pool on top of the crank case and, under continued use, spill onto the rear tire, reducing traction and increasing the risk of a crash.
