This bike is out of the box ready to take on any competition, and is easily customized to fit any riders size, style, and needs on the track and in the woods. This bike has been outfitted with an aftermarket Renthal brand Front and rear sprocket combo for added torque on take off without sacrificing top end, and paired with an RK chain that has been called "bulletproof" by dirtrider magazine this past spring. This bike also has 85% left on the stock Pirelli Scorpion tires, letting you know just how little this bike has been rode. Bike also comes with the brand new Progrip brand grips, which have an additional layer of rubber to replace the common "grip cushion" which usualy slides around and gets in the way. Kawasaki Recalls Concours 14 for Rear Brake Problem A Previous Recall Failed to Fix
Fri, 27 Jul 2012Kawasaki is issuing a recall for the Concours 14 for a rear brake pedal issue the company had previously tried to fix in 2008. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, road debris can get trapped between the brake pedal and a pedal guard, causing slight pressure on the rear brakes. The rear brake drag can cause the brakes to overheat, potentially leading to brake damage, a rear brake lockup or failure of the rear brakes.
