Kawasaki Ninja description

1992 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-11, My 92 ZX-11 is up for sale. The transmission just went out on it and I don't plan on repairing it and really don't have the time to part it out. This is going to be a really great bike for its next owner. Its not for new or inexperienced riders. I know my bike inside and out and can answer any questions you have about it. The new owner can rest assured that I'm not selling them something with a lot of problems. Its not perfect cosmetically and outside of the transmission going the only other thing it needs is the carbs synchronized for it to really pull your arms out of the sockets! These are the mods or upgrades I've done to it. Its got 28k miles, new tires w less than 500 miles on them, full V&H exhaust w short muffler, Factory shift kit, Factory Ignition Advancer, Factory Jet Kit, K&N filter, 6 pot Tokico calipers, 1/2 tank bra, new RK chain & sprokets w less than 800 miles, new rear brakes and cush drive bushing replaced w chain and sprockets, new speedo cable, and an extra Corbin gunfighter & lady seat. The price reflects the mileage, modifications and add ons and I've considered the repair cost for the transmission. I'm not interested low counter offers or in trades unless its $$, but thanks anyway. I will not give the bike away but I will sell it for a fair price. So thanks for taking the time to look at my ad. $2,200.00 3134056559

NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

Dennis Charlett is stamping his authority on the New Zealand Superbike championship. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.

The TT800 From Deus Ex Machina

Wed, 16 Jul 2014

Deus Ex Machina, the surf/moto shop known for creating throwback, one-of-a-kind motorcycles, has released its latest work of art, the TT800. Paying tribute to the highly successful Triumph factory TT machines from the mid-1960s, Deus’ expert builder, Michael Woolaway, created the TT800 for a customer requesting a new, old Triumph. It sources a Kawasaki W650 bored out to 800cc with CR carbs, a custom TT inspired exhaust, custom chromoly racing frame, re-valved Öhlins forks, and a custom gusseted swing arm for more stability. A Beringer six-piston caliper front brake provides stopping power.
