“This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of motorcycle history.  This is a 1 owner Z1900 which has been in my collection and which I purchased from the original owner many years ago.  This is a very beautiful motorcycle.   I have maintained it and kept it in excellent running condition.   This is a matching numbers Z1 with original frame and engine unmolested.  The tank has been lined and back in the 90's the rear shocks were changed, other than that the bike is bone stock.   The bike has its' original exhaust which is in remarkable original condition as you can see.  The paint is original and other than 2 tiny knicks that you can hardly see, it is pristine, no fading or blemishes at all.   The tires were replaced at 15,000 miles.  Original rims by Takasago.  Chain oiler intact.   All gauges work as does the trip odometer. original seat and all original factory stickers are intact and very nice. I removed the battery and I am installing a brand new one for you so that there will be no battery issues.  For overseas buyers, I can disconnect it.  I do sell to overseas buyers and will gladly help with shipping but I cannot crate the bike.   Bike even has the original factory yellow marks on the brake caliper, head stock, etc..   Brakes work well and the bike rides and performs well and it is very fast.  This Z1. comes with the complete original tool kit (see pictures), and original owners manual.  Frame:  Z1F23285  Engine:  Z1E-23345  CLEAN AND CLEAR MICHIGAN TITLE.  i WILL GLADLY HELP YOUR SHIPPER LOAD THE BIKE.  I WOULD LIKE IT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS PLEASE.  "

PAYMENT:  I would prefer Pay Pal.  So, when you win the auction, you send me your email address that you have linked to your Pay Pal account and I send you the Invoice for the entire purchase price.  If you prefer, I can accept a wire transfer.  Please pay within 3 days after auction ends.  Any questions, feel free to email me.

Mon, 24 Feb 2014

The 2014 World Supersport season opened in dramatic fashion after a red-flagged restart turned the 18-lap race into a five-lap sprint, with MV Agusta making a triumphant return to the top of the podium for the first time since 1976. The Supersport event began with a hard-fought battle between three-time champion Kenan Sofuoglu, Kev Coghlan and Michael van der Mark. Sofuoglu and his Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R held a slim lead over Coghlan’s Yamaha R6 and van der Mark’s Honda CBR600RR when the race was halted after CIA Insurance Honda rider Jack Kennedy suffered an engine problem and leaked oil onto the track.
