The bike does start but the carbs leak some fuel from the bowl, possibly stuck floats. Blinkers and taillight needs the wiring finished up/connected (all there) Has a lose connection under the tank for the starter, sometimes starts from the button, sometimes you need to jiggle the wires. KICK START IS GOOD. And typical TLC from sitting (fluids, adjustments ect) ALL THE MAJOR WORK IS ALREADY DONE. There is not much to do to make this a really awesome bike. This is a lightweight 6 speed that you simply do not see like this. I've had 2 KZ 400s before this one and they are really fun bikes. TITLE: The bike is being sold on a bill of sale with a transferable registration (title) from Connecticut. This is considered a clean title in MOST states, but check with your dmv if you're not sure.
