I'm selling my 1982 Kawasaki 550 ltd motorcycle for 1200 $ o.b.o. Only 5900mis on it!!!! Never had a problem with it just need the money to pay for college. The tires are one year old and the carbs were cleaned professionally last summer as well. Starts right up and it is a very quick and nice beginner bike. I pulled this picture off of google because i dont have any on my phone but if you want more photos just let me no. Asking 1200 o.b.o but im willing to work on the price because i just want to get rid of it and clear garage space. Call or text me any time please no emails. Thanks Tom.

Mixed among the Brammo TTXs and Empulse Rs that are normally seen in the series, the Bolt II electric motorcycle from Virginia Tech University filled a grid slot amongst them. Here, series founder, promoter and competitor, Arthur Kowitz tells us what it’s like to ride this completely student-built electric racing motorcycle.

Well Maxxis were bang on with their mileage claims, 6500 miles on the rear and it looks as though there is another 1000. Not bad at all for a set of tyres that cost less than £200. Having lived with the Supermaxx’s Diamonds over the past few months the best thing about these tyres is the mileage range they offer vs cost.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the ground-breaking Kawasaki Z1 which made its public debut in 1972, becoming what many would regard as the world’s first superbike. Kawasaki’s first large-capacity four-stroke multi-cylinder motorcycle took center stage at the 1972  IFMA, the precursor to the INTERMOT show in Cologne, Germany. Together with the Honda CB750, the Kawasaki Z1 helped spearhead the popularity of the Japanese Inline-Four.
