Let me start by saying this bike has been my pride and joy. I purchased it from a prominent motorcycle/car collector, Mitchell Classics about 2 years ago when it only had 4,075 miles on the odometer. Since then I have added about 2,600 miles and some very tasteful upgrades on the bike.

You will not find a cleaner, lower mile Zephyr 750 out there! The bike has been ridden as a local weekend bike and has never seen rain or been laid down, always garage kept. It is in immaculate condition and a blast to ride!

Upgrades:

- Had carburetors professionally cleaned and re-jetted with Dyno Jet

- Upgraded mufflers to Emgo Reverse Cone Shorty Megaphone Exhaust Mufflers, (Great Sound!)

- Upgraded front fork suspension with Progressive Suspension Kit

- Upgraded front and rear sprockets for better high end torque

- Upgraded chain to a performance DID chain

- Replaced the large front fender to a more sporty custom black fender

- Replaced front and rear turn signals with vinatge style Bullet Brushed Turn Signals

- Dropped in a K&N Air Filter

- Recently installed new front and rear Metzeler Performance Tires, (1,000 miles ago)

- Installed custom black bar risers

WSBK 2013: Jerez Race Report

Eugene Laverty did everything he could, scoring a pair of race wins but it was not enough as Tom Sykes rode smartly and conservatively at the season finale in Spain, securing his first ever World Superbike Championship. Sykes landed in Jerez with a 37-point lead over Laverty and a 38-point lead over Sylvain Guintoli. While Laverty battled Marco Melandri to win Race One, Sykes coasted comfortably in third for most of the race to score 16 points, enough to clinch the title.

We’ve posted about this before, but we thought it was time for a quick reminder about the first ever Kawasaki Ninja Nights which will be happening this Saturday July 12, 2014 from 4:00–9:00pm next to the Kawasaki display in the Marketplace of Mazda Raceway. Festivities will include a three category bike show, featuring one class sponsored by Motorcycle.com. Voting for the show takes place from 4:30–7:30pm.
