This auction is for a 2001 KZ1000- Kawasaki Police Motorcycle. This bike came from the Rancho Mirage Police Department near Palm Springs California, I got 2 from them and these were their (Back-Up) Motorcycles. The Police department maintains its vehicles with all scheduled maintenance and replacements of parts. I obtained this motorcycle (with 58,000 miles) for my personal collection and I used it very little. I also maintained this vehicle with scheduled maintenance and upgrades. I personally have done ALL the work with patience and care, I don't take shortcuts with my personal things. This Motorcycle is being sold "AS IS" with no warranty, what you see is what you get. You are more then welcome to come by and inspect the vehicle but I assure you will not be disappointed. This is also a "PICK-UP" only auction so you will need to make ALL the arrangements. Mon, 16 Apr 2012Ryan Villopoto has already secured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to let up and take it easy over the remainder of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer clinched his second consecutive title two weeks ago in Houston, Texas, but he continued his dominance in AMA Supercross’ return to New Orleans’ Superdome, taking the holeshot and leading all 20 laps for his ninth win of the season in 14 rounds. The New Orleans round may have lacked some big names currently nursing injuries such as Ryan Dungey, James Stewart and Chad Reed, but Villopoto provided a star effort in the first AMA Supercross race in the city since 2009.
