I have for auction a 2002 Kawasaki ZRX1200R. The bike has approximately 28k miles. The engine is a 4 cylinder, 1200cc. I just replaced the oil pan, oil pan plug, gaskets around oil pan, changed the oil and installed a new battery. Included with the purchase are 2 keys, original owners manual, tire pressure gauge, original tool kit and fuel tank cover/bra. This bike is in very good condition, always garage kept, runs good and only has some cosmetic scratches on the fuel tank and right side of the headlight/console fairing (see pics). I possess the title as well. I cannot offer refunds at this time. Please feel free to ask me any questions BEFORE bidding. Kawasaki Patents Design for Naked Single
Wed, 05 Mar 2014Kawasaki has registered a design patent for what appears to be a naked version of its recently revealed 250cc single-cylinder Ninja RR Mono. While the Ninja RR Mono (also known in some markets as the Ninja 250SL) is produced for the Asian market, the new design is registered with the European Union’s Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, making it more likely to arrive in western markets. The detailed design renderings reveal many clues indicating this is a naked version of the RR Mono.
Kawasaki Reports Q1 2013-2014 Sales Results
Tue, 13 Aug 2013Kawasaki reported net sales of 67.4 billion yen (US$686.5 million) from its Motorcycle and Engine division for the first quarter ended June 30, 2013. That represents a 26.2% increase from the net sales of 53.4 billion yen reported in the same period of 2012. According to Kawasaki’s first quarter report, the Motorcycle and Engine division (which includes Jet Skis, ATVs and UTVs) saw sales of 127,000 units over the quarter, up from 115,000 units in the same period last year.

Tue, 18 Feb 2014World Superbike testing at Phillip Island came to a close today, and when the dust settled, reigning champion Tom Sykes stamped his authority, setting the fastest time of the test at 1:30.239, just five thousandths shy of the outright lap record held by Carlos Checa. The time was set during the morning session of testing, though nobody was able to best Sykes for the remainder of the day. Eugene Laverty, who was fastest on day one, showed his pace was no fluke as he stayed near the top of the time sheets, ultimately finishing second behind Sykes, with a best time of 1:30.513.
