Kawasaki Other tech info
Kawasaki Other description
This Kawasaki Concours is in excellent condition and includes many
upgrades. Its a great runner and has been totally reliable. The bike is
young with only 7983 miles on it. The tires were just replaced with new
Continentals and they now have about 200 miles on them. The battery was
replaced May 2015. I have both key fobs, the owners manual and a pdf
version of the shop manual. Always stored indoors on a battery minder.
The bike includes the following updates: GSR Mototechnic Case Savers (worth approx. $200) 3M clear protection film on fender, lights, mirrors, fairing and tank (approx $100) Shad Top Case with backrest padding and mount (approx. $200) Throttlemeister cruise control ($130) Bar Risers ($100) New cover (for indoor storage) ($25) I will include a Garmin motorcycle GPS unit and mount if sold for the asking price. There is a paint chip on front fender and some scratches on the top case, the previous owner had a parking lot accident and scraped the muffler and one case saver (the latter can easily be repaired with a new plastic cap). I can help with delivery in the local area. Currently registered and insured, and title is in hand. |

Results From Day 1 Of World Supersport Testing At Phillip Island
Mon, 17 Feb 2014Despite losing the World Supersport title last year to a hard-charging Sam Lowes, Mahi Racing Team India’s Kenan Sofuoglu, aboard his Kawasaki ZX-6R, hasn’t lost any of the pace that has made him the overwhelming favorite heading into 2014. He topped the timesheets on the first day of testing at Phillip Island, setting a time of 1:33.521, putting him at near lap-record pace. Second on the day was Dutchman Michael van der Mark, aboard the Pata Honda CBR600RR.
Win BSB Knockhill tickets with Visordown
Thu, 31 May 2012Don’t miss the annual MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship visit to Knockhill as the title fight reaches Scotland for the fifth round of the season on 22/23/24 June. We have teamed up with the Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki team to offer one lucky winner the chance to win a pair of tickets to the event. The Fife circuit always produces fast and frantic action and with the new technical regulations this season making a more even playing field for 2012 expect to see a brace of new contenders lining up to steal Tommy Hill’s championship crown.
Five minutes with Stuart Easton
Fri, 10 Aug 2012Stuart Easton has been the sole hope for Scotland in BSB since his friend and mentor Steve Hislop left us nearly ten years ago. Rat boy, as he’s known to friends, shone in the 125 and Supersport class and until his horrendous crash at the North West 200 last year was a serious contender for the 2011 BSB title. Many (including himself) thought his career may have been over but he astounded everyone by climbing back on the podium just a few rounds into the 2012 season.
