Kawasaki W650 description
It Breaks my heart to sell the most beautiful W650 I have ever seen.
I bought this bike 6 months ago to be my personal daily rider, from a gentleman who bought the bike Brand-New in 2002 for his wife. She put 3,xxx miles on it in the 14 years she owned it, and babied the bike it's entire life. The previous owner was a Mechanic, and already checked the Valve Clearance. He also shimmed the Carburetor needles for a smoother ride. Lots of information can be found online about this. I used to own a 2000 Blue/Silver model, but was always looking for 2001 Green model, and when I finally found this one I gave the blue one to a friend. The W650 was only imported for 2 years and because of the limited quantity, they are rising in price and becoming more difficult to find every year, especially with such low miles! The more sought after 2001 model had a few improvements over the previous year. This is the information I found on the web about the differences - It only gets better in 2001. A new seat and redesigned tank pads enhance rider comfort, while revised steering geometry and front suspension changes improve handling. The bike also has sleeker factory turn signals, instead of the bulky round ones from 2000. If I had to rate this bike i would say 9.5/10 The Chrome and Paint on this bike are Phenomenal, and I have had many people comment that the bike looks brand new. There are a couple small imperfections which I took photos of that could probably be wet sanded out. Bike has 3,731 original miles and runs like a dream. I just changed the oil, and the bike is ready for its new owner. IF the bike is sold to someone in California I will pay for the DMV Regestration for the next 12 months. Feel free to call or text and ask any questions. 727-735-2243. Bike is sold as-is with no warranty. Bike can be inspected before Purchase in Burbank, CA. If you have less than 10 feedback, please contact me before bidding. Bike will also be for sale locally, so if I sell it I will end the auction early. I require a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24hrs of the auction ending.

Built in 1894, it's about to be auctioned and is expected to reach a world record price (for a kettle). It uses a coal furnace to super-heat water into steam which is fed into a small engine.
