You are bidding on a 1976 KZ 900 super bike, it has been in storage for many years , Great project to bring back to original, I will list all the faults i see but do not let these put you off the bike , just trying to paint an honest picture. frame is repainted , tank is not original color, nice solid 4 into 1 header, seat tray still under seat, front brake needs bleeding, bike does not run at the moment No white tag on frame but see pic of frame number, engine kicks over fine and electric start works when connected to a battery ( no battery on bike) compression seems low but may be stuck rings, the carbs and exhaust were off the bike when I bought it and are loosley assembled, forks are clean, additional oil pressure guage is fitted. headstock is straight and shows no sign of any accident, low mileage . Wed, 31 Oct 2012When Kawasaki announced it was upping the engine displacement for the Ninja ZX-6R to 636cc, the immediate question on many Team Green fans’ minds was what it would mean for the company’s supersport racing efforts. Kenan Sofuloglu won the 2012 World Supersport Championship on a Kawasaki ZX-6R, but under the regulations, he may not be allowed to defend his title next season on the 2013 model as homologation requirements in Supersport racing series limit Inline-Fours to displacements smaller than 600cc. Fear not however, as Kawasaki will be producing a special version of the ZX-6R with an engine displacement of 599cc, the same as the 2012 version.

Thu, 26 Apr 2012A big thanks to all at Newcastle Motorcycles for lending me a Honda CB1000F on Saturday to do nothing other than join mates for a blast round some fantastic roads in the North East. The buddies in question were Alan Smith (Bradley’s dad) and two stroke addict and race fan Chris Berriman. We headed east over the moors from the ‘Toon’ heading towards Barnard Castle then back through Consett before finishing up at the picturesque Tynemouth.
