MV Agusta F4CC ( Claudio Castiglioni) description

2006 MV AGUSTA F4CC, #76/100

The pinnacle of motorcycle design representing the end of an era in which the brute force of a 200 HP motorcycle would not be tamed by traction control or ABS brakes, relying on the skilled input of it's rider and the connection between the cerebral cortex, the hand and the foot.

The last and most powerful of the Massimo Tamburini ( of Ducati 916 fame) designed MV Agustas with over 90 new design improvements. Carbon fiber bodywork, titanium valves and rods, fully adjustable Sachs racing shock, too much to list! Only 100 produced with a handful making it to the US.

This incredible machine had an MSRP of $120k in 2006, making it the most expensive production motorcycle of the time.Included with sale are full titanium exhaust currently mounted, will come with complete spare exhaust, 2 rear bike stands, bike cover, certificates of authenticity, battery charger, matching #'s Girard Perregaux Evo3 Laureato watch ( valued at over $10k). Special bonus custom 1-piece MV Agusta leather with buy-it-now.

This very special edition MV Agusta bares the name of the gentleman who resurrected the famous brand with the introduction in 1999 of the 750cc F4 Serie Oro, culminating in this ultra-exotic,rare 1078cc F4CC after 7 years of continued refinement. For more info, contact 203-505-2496

2013 MV Agusta Brutale 1090, 1090R and 1090RR Revealed

Mon, 22 Oct 2012

MV Agusta teased its four-cylinder Brutales last week with a video, and today, the Italian manufacturer released official details on its three-model 2013 Brutale 1090 line. Despite the 1090cc labels shown in the teaser, it appears the new Brutales will keep the 2012 models’ 1078cc engine displacement. The base-model MV Agusta Brutale 1090 will be joined by a slightly pricier 1090R version and an even higher level 1090RR (pictured above).

MV Agusta Bringing WSBK Racing Effort In-House

Fri, 20 Jun 2014

MV Agusta is cutting ties with racing partner Yachnich Motorsports to assume complete control over its World Superbike and Supersport racing programs. MV Agusta and Yakhnich first formed their partnership last November, so the decision is a curious one, coming just before the mid-point of the 2014 season. Yakhnich brought a proven winning resume, partnering with MV Agusta after winning the 2013 World Supersport title with Sam Lowes.

Did Metallica Ask MV Agusta to Remove “Enter Sandman” from Dragster Teaser Video?

Wed, 22 Jan 2014

Earlier this week, MV Agusta released a video teasing its upcoming Dragster 800 model that prominently featured the familiar introduction to Metallica‘s 1991 hit “Enter Sandman“. That original video is no longer available on YouTube, replaced by a new version with a more generic heavy metal soundtrack. It looks like MV Agusta did not secure the license to use “Enter Sandman” in the video, forcing the company to replace the original video with new,  and likely license-free, music.
