MV Agusta MV Agusta description

2009 MV Agusta 1078RR Brutale, some have said this may have been MV's best model year and some say this was the meanest brutale built.
This bike has 8267 miles that was well kept and has alway been stored inside. I am the second owner, I have all maintence history since about 1500 miles. Bike looks good and runs well, I have installed new RS10 tires, changed engine oil, front fork oil in March and brake, clutch fluids, Motul Mocool was added to cooling system over the winter but only ridden bike once since then.
The bike has the following:
-FBF/Arrow race slip-on
-Arrow decat mid pipe
-BMC Air filter
-Mirco Tech Race ECU mapped by Chris at X-bikes comes with software CD and cables.
-Custom seat, this is not your typical seat cover change, this was reshaped, better padding and custom cover, alot more comfortable than stock,
- Custom painted rear cowl from carbon fiber piece
-Custom painted rear tire hugger
-Aftermarket handle bar ends not sure what brand.
-Engine stator cover crash sliders
-Carbon fiber clutch cover crash protector
-Front axle crash sliders
-Frame sliders
-Water pump has the MV upgraded  pump to improve cooling, the seals were replaced over the winter
-Led flasher relay
-Led rear turn signals
-Aftermarket black rearsets not sure what brand.
-Upgraded horn, little louder than stock
-Brand new Bridgestone RS10 tires with 0 miles
-Carbon Fiber bits: air intakes, oil cooler shrud, chain gaurd, swing arm guard, windscreen/speedo cover, rear seat cowl, rear tire hugger, clutch cover gaurd, front tire mud gaurd, key gaurd
-Melotti Racing tail tidy, gets rid of bulky factory bracket.
-Shorai Lithium Battery
-Led Digtial Gear Indicator Display (tells you what gear your in)
-Matris steering Dampner
-Mv Agusta factory bike cover and bag
I have all the books that came with it when new
I have the Stock rear seat and passenger foot rest to turn it back for 2-up riding.
I have all the peices to turn it back to a stock bike: mirrors, bar ends, oil cooler shrud, 2 air intakes, chain gaurd, swing arm guard, under tail and licence plate brackets, factory stator cover, stock ECU, windsheild nose piece, driver rearsets, passenger foot rest, passenger rear seat(white), factory slip on cans and a MV Agusta extra larger windscreen

-Now for the bad:
The bike fell over once, I'm guessing a jealous person or dumb ass kids knock it over, when i came out from the place I was at it was on the ground.
Theres minor knicks by right rearsets(brake side) in frame paint, right air intake clear coat scuff, right radiator gaurd has scuff on it, the bottom exhuast can has small scuff down the middle. The front turn signals broke would have to install new ones.

The rear cowl peice has some knick on rear edge in paint from it falling off of work bench one time.
I am throwing in a pit bull rear bike stand and a Mv Agusta front bike stand.
The bike is very reliable, the only problem that I have had since owning it was the water pump seals last year started to leak and battery which I have replaced both.
I have the clean WV title in hand.

MV Agusta Teases 2013 Brutale 1090 Line-up – Video

Thu, 18 Oct 2012

MV Agusta released a video teasing its three-bike four-cylinder 2013 Brutale lineup. Joining the Brutale 675 in MV Agusta‘s naked streetbike offerings will be the Brutale 1090cc, the Brutale 1090R and the Brutale 1090RR (pictured above). The base model MV Agusta Brutale 1090cc will replace the 920 version that was offered in 2012, which shouldn’t be a surprise with the launch of the 675 version this year.

The Italian manufacturer returned to the international racing scene this past season, working with ParkinGo to field the F3 675 in the Supersport class. 2013 MV Agusta F4 Models Now Available with ABS

Thu, 11 Apr 2013

Just as it did with its four-cylinder Brutale 1090 lineup, MV Agusta announced it is adding an ABS version of its F4 models to its 2013 offerings. Available for an extra 1000 euros (US$1,311), the Bosch ABS will be available for the baseline MV Agusta F4, the more upscale F4 R and the top-of-the-line F4 RR. That’ s quite a premium, but with base prices starting at 16,990 euros for the F4 R, 19,920 euros for the F4 R and 24,290 euros for the F4 RR, MV Agusta customers might not mind paying a bit more for ABS.
