It does have a small chip broken out of the lower bolt hole but needs no repair and cannot be seen when mounted and does not affect operation. No Broken fins or other visible damage. Motor spins over with no noises. Crankshaft is straight and Threads on Shaft are clean and Alt. Nut Fits as it should. Shipping in the lower 48 States will be $150. Actual cost to anywhere else in the world.
