THE BAD:
Motor started making a ticking noise, pinned down to the cam chain and it should be a quick and cheap fix, I just bought a bigger bike and have moved on to another project.
Rear tail light works but I disconnected it.

Bike was never dropped in my possession, however there is a small dent on the front of the tank, hardly noticeable

Clean title under my name.
A box of spare parts can be included. Includes tail plastics in original red, horn, original handlebar and rearsets. Also included powder coated parts in black that I never installed: stator and clutch cover, oil filter cover, head gasket cover, water pump housing, kickstand, engine mounts.
Brand new in the box cylinder head gasket, stator cover gasket, and clutch cover gasket.

Looking after number 1

Fri, 06 Jan 2012

There was a time when a rider’s number indicated his position from the previous season, with the ultimate accolade being the number 1 emblazoned on the front of the champion's bike. The rise of branding in MotoGP and a rider wanting to market themselves, born from Barry Sheene and his retention of no.7, saw riders decide against displaying their finish from the year before. Rossi, who on winning his numerous championships, stuck with his famous #46 in defence of his titles, instead of stamping a great number 1 on his bikes.

Suzuki Recalls 2012 V-Strom 650 and Burgman Scooters

Fri, 10 Feb 2012

Suzuki issued a recall campaign for its 2012 V-Strom 650 and Burgman scooters due to a defect in the brake light activation switches. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, rear brake lights may not activate when the rider squeezes the brake levers of the affected models. As a result, other road users behind the affected unit may not realize it is slowing down, increasing the risk of a crash.
