2016 ready to go in Vancouver. This bike was bought new in July 2016 so is only 6 weeks old. It will only have 12000kms approx - when back in Vancouver approximately 20th August. Fitted with Acerbis 20L fuel tank, carrier, bash plate, fat bars, bark busters,headlight protector & it is also fitted with a YSS quality rear shock with remote gas reservoir. Set up for a shorter rider. It also has a Seat Concept seat for better comfort so everything you need for the serious adventure rider. Curently riding on part of the TAT & the Shadow of the Rockies trail so should be around 12,000kms when for sale in Vancouver around 20th of August 2016. Intermot 2012: Special Edition Suzuki GSX-R1000 Celebrates 1 Millionth Gixxer
Thu, 04 Oct 2012Suzuki is celebrating the production of the 1 millionth motorcycle in the GSX-R family with a limited edition model. Unveiled at the 2012 Intermot show in Cologne, Germany, the Millionth Edition 2013 Suzuki GSX-R1000 comes with a commemorative paint scheme, black Brembo brake calipers, pin-striped wheels, gold fork tubes and red fork caps, suspension spring and nose. The top yoke also features a numbered Millionth Edition plate and the key is decorated with Suzuki’s red “R” logo.
Results From Day 2 Of World Superbike Testing At Phillip Island
Tue, 18 Feb 2014World Superbike testing at Phillip Island came to a close today, and when the dust settled, reigning champion Tom Sykes stamped his authority, setting the fastest time of the test at 1:30.239, just five thousandths shy of the outright lap record held by Carlos Checa. The time was set during the morning session of testing, though nobody was able to best Sykes for the remainder of the day. Eugene Laverty, who was fastest on day one, showed his pace was no fluke as he stayed near the top of the time sheets, ultimately finishing second behind Sykes, with a best time of 1:30.513.

The event’s sponsor, Monster Energy, has released a video offering a behind-the-scenes look at the event. The seven-time F1 champion was joined by TT racer John McGuinness, retired MotoGP racer Randy Momola, Moto2 racer Pol Espargaro and Keith Flint, a musician from the group Prodigy and a racer in the U.K.’s Hottrax Endurance Championship.
