Suzuki GS description
I have a 2008 Suzuki GS500 (two cyl four stroke 500cc engine) in great/near terrific condition, which has never been dropped. It has 11,729 mis on it and has been kept in the garage. It is very clean and has been regularly maintained. I changed the oil regularly and recently cleaned out the air filter. It has not been customized. Its original parts are still as is from the manufacturer. However, I did put brand new tires on it, along with a new drive chain. The bike does run very well, but has some minor cosmetic imperfections: The mirrors are slightly scuffed from when I parked it near a wall, the sticker on the back fender slightly peeling, the bottom of the fender behind the front tire is slightly scuffed and cracked from my driveway entry way. This is a very good bike that is valued at 3,250 according to NADA. I'm asking 3,200 OBO. I would love to keep this bike, but there's no point because it's my 2nd bike. Suzuki Reports Q2 2011-2012 Results
Tue, 15 Nov 2011Suzuki reported its second consecutive profitable quarter from its motorcycle division, following 11 consecutive quarters in the red. For the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2011, Suzuki raked in 62.3 billion yen (US$808.5 million) from motorcycle sales, compared to the 61.4 billion yen (US$796.8 billion) reported in the same period last year.

Tue, 10 May 2011An old friend dropped in this weekend, on his way back from an arse-killing 4,500 mile ride to Estoril and back to watch the MotoGP race. He has only ever ridden Harley chops and old stuff with the exception of his vague nod at practicality and modernity - an ancient, very, very high mileage R1100GS BMW. I made him a brew and some pasta arrabiatta then made him ride my 2011 Fireblade.

McGuinness is second on the all-time Isle of Man TT wins list behind the late Joey Dunlop who has 26. McGuinness was aided by two very quick and efficient pit stops by his crew.
