Virginia Tech Bolt To Race At NJMP, July 12-13
Mon, 07 Jul 2014The Virginia Tech Bolt e-bike racing team will compete in the July 12-13 zero emissions road race at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville NJ. This race is part of the eMotoRacing series, which runs in conjunction with AHRMA. The 96 volt student-built prototype racebike will compete in the eSuperSport class against a field of production based Brammo Empulses. The Bolt Team is no stranger to competition, as it has previous experience racing in the TTXGP series in 2012.

The first race saw the reigning World Superbike champion fight his way up from 11th place for the win while Race 2 offered a three-way battle between the two Kawasaki riders and Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli. Celtic Racing To Field Alexander And Farris For 2014 AMA SuperSport
Mon, 24 Feb 2014For 2014, Celtic Racing will continue fielding Corey Alexander in AMA SuperSport competition. Joining him will be new teammate, Wyatt Farris. The pair, with support from sponsor Hudson Valley Motorcycles, will be riding Suzuki GSX-R 600 motorcycles with help from Suzuki.
