Original 1972 Suzuki GT750 Water Cooled 750 Three Cylinder Two-Stroke Offered for sale. Bike has been through a two year restoration. Frame has been powder coated, correct seat cover replaced. New tires, new paint, new emblems, carbs rebuilt, and new points & condensers, new sealed battery, just to name a few. Previous owner had crankshaft rebuilt but with only 16K original miles, it was left on original bore. The GT750's were good for 50K miles with each rebore. This Suzuki has always been well cared for and has never been dropped. This is a well sorted, excellent running GT750. It is original down to the one year only rechromed fuel cap and one year only radiator door. Most of the chrome is original and excellent. It is dependable, starts right up, shifts very good, and runs out like a GT750 should. You will like the power, it's a beautiful bike that draws attention from everyone. If you are a collector, don't miss this one, they don't get more original than this. The Water Buffalo was the best touring bike available in 1972. I have set a fair reserve price, call with any questions you may have. Check the pictures, this is the real McCoy. Tue, 06 Sep 2011Josh Hayes has won his second consecutive AMA Superbike title, clinching the championship in a tightly contested Race One at the 2011 season finale at New Jersey Motorsports Park. The lead changed hands several times before Hayes emerged with the win, his third of the season. The Monster Energy Graves Yamaha R1 rider was consistent all season, finishing with three wins and 12 podium finishes in 14 races, and finishing fourth in the two times he missed the podium.

Land Speed Record Holder Bill Warner Dies Chasing 300 MPH Record
Mon, 15 Jul 2013Land speed motorcycle racer Bill Warner succumbed to injuries suffered in a 285 mph crash at Loring Air Force Base in Maine. The 44-year-old from Wimauma, Fla., reportedly lost control of his modified turbocharged Suzuki Hayabusa while attempting to reach a speed of 300 mph. Warner reportedly began veering to his right during one high-speed run on the base’s runway after clocking 285 mph.
