Here is a beautiful suzuki gt550 located on long island new york and is inly avaible for local pick up. The bike has under 11,000 miles and is completly original beside the front light which is much brighter than the original. Has electric and kick start and electric dash showing what gear you are in which was the first year they had that feature. Just bought a new battery ifor it but have not installed it yet. The bike will start right up and was running and was completly gone through a couple months back and rides beautifly. I also have an extra set of pipes and un opened original mixed parts that will be imcluded.The bike is originally from new mexico and was purchased from the original owner. It was good to catch up with my old mate Daryl Beattie last weekend in Misano. Daryl was pushing Mick Doohan hard for the 500cc World Championship in 1995 until he high sided and broke his collar bone in Assen mid way through the year. He eventually finished runner up in the series but then some fairly big tumbles from his Lucky Strike Suzuki in 1996 brought his career to a premature end.

Ryan Villopoto won his fifth main event race of the year at Daytona to take over the lead in the 2013 AMA Supercross championship standings. The win is the third at Daytona in the Monster Energy Kawasaki racer’s career, matching the totals set by Bob Hannah, Mike Kiedrowski, Jeremy McGrath and Chad Reed. Only Ricky Carmichael, who designed the sand-based Daytona track, holds more Supercross wins at Daytona with five victories.

Rob Muzzy, a top tuner, engine builder and race team owner has been elected to the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Class of 2014. Muzzy, who was elected to the Road Racing category, will be inducted at the 2014 AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony Oct. 17, in Orlando, Fla.
