1974 Suzuki Tm250 Champion Vintage Racing Ahmra L@@k!! Tm 250 on 2040motos
Suzuki Other description
Up for auction is a 1974 Suzuki TM250 Champion dirt bike. This model Suzuki helped pioneer the dirtbike industry into what it has become today! The bike is in good condition for its age but does need TLC to be track ready. It has been in storage for several years but still fires right up after putting gas in the tank. However, the petcock has a large leak that will need to be repaired prior to use. The engine is in good condition with strong compression, good clutch and shifts threw all gears properly. All chrome is in good condition for its age with little to no rust. The tires hold air but should be replaced due to age. The frame is straight with No cracks, bends or repairs that I can see. The plastics are intact and do show signs of age. The seat looks like it was re-upholstered in the past and in good useable condition. Overall, this is a good bike in good condition for its age but will need TLC and minor repairs to being track ready. Excellent candidate for restoration. Sold with Bill Of Sale only.

Suzuki has released a teaser for a new mid-sized adventure bike, likely an updated V-Strom. The teaser campaign, which can be seen at Suzuki’s official website, shows the image above, along with the words: “Time For Real Adventures” and “Middle-Class New Motorcycle”. These hints suggest the new model will be an updated V-Strom 650, likely using an engine similar to the one powering the Suzuki Gladius SFV650.Thu, 26 Sep 2013
It has lovers, haters and even many that still don't understand it but everyone in British bike racing is currently talking about the BSB Showdown. With my rider's or team manager's hat on, I wasn't convinced when it was first announced in 2010 but I'm now totally converted and enjoy every part of the season as intensity increases. And being a value for money Scot the best thing is you get four championships under one umbrella. Championship # 1; In the early rounds everyone on the grid has aspirations of taking the title but as the season progresses, the focus narrows down to making sure you secure that top six showdown spot over the first nineteen races (riders can also drop their worst two results). Championship #2; For the confident front runners, over these races, the real goal is the podium credit championship (3 for 1st ,2 for 2nd,1 for 3rd) which then gives them a points head start after things are put back to zero for the final seven race shoot-out. Championship #3; The best of the rest championship (7th and below) that will be battled over the final races. Championship # 4; Over the final seven races the British Superbike Champion is crowned. The recent adding and reshuffling a few top name riders for the Showdown has already spiced things up so hold on tight for the remaining five races!Mon, 13 Feb 2012
Crescent Fixi Suzuki racer John Hopkins has broken a bone in his right hand during the first day of testing at Australia’s Phillip Island circuit. The injury was to the same hand Hopkins injured last season that eventually led to the amputation of the tip of his ring finger. Hopkins high-sided entering a corner riding a 2011-spec Suzuki GSX-R1000 (the 2012 superbike was not yet ready).
