Up for sale is my 2006 Suzuki DRZ 125L. This DRZ is an awesome little 4 stroke trail bike that has been well taken care of during its lifetime and lightly pre-owned. Mechanically and cosmetically the bike is in exceptional condition with only some small scratches/scuffs here and there (but hey, its a dirt bike!). The oil and air filter have been checked and changed regularly and scheduled maintenance has been performed. It has a really nice aftermarket Moose handlebar setup with new grips as well as Moose aluminum handguards. Tires, chain, sprocket and brakes are all in attractive shape! Suzuki Contingency Money Available For GSX-R Racers At Sonoma
Wed, 30 Apr 2014Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. has increased the funds available in its 2014 Road Race Contingency Program, and is now paying successful GSX-R racers competing in the three-race GEICO Motorcycle Superbike Shootout. The series opened April 26 at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, Calif., and moves to Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, Calif., for the 2014 Arai Pacific Nationals May 3-4.
Suzuka Eight Hour capers
Mon, 05 Sep 2011Chatting to TT legend John McGuiness recently about his first Suzuka Eight Hour experience got me thinking of a few capers the boys and me managed a few years back at what is still Japan's most important race of the season. It is a unique event that starts at 11am and finishes at 7pm making it a pukka endurance race as the last hour is run with headlights on in the dark. It is essentially an eight hour sprint that showcases the trickest endurance machinery and manufacturer’s sales can be affected the following year depending on who wins or loses.
