2004 Suzuki RM85. Bike is located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. I travel back and forth to the Los Angeles area (San Fernando Valley) and can arrange a delivery for $50. Otherwise, it is available for pickup in Lake Havasu. Motor has just been completely rebuilt with new crank, steel sleeved std bore cylinder, forged Wiseco piston, Barnett clutch, auxiliary Acerbis tank, chain, sprockets, air cleaner, etc. Ridden two times since rebuild, and runs and rides excellent. According to local reports, Kobir felt a sharp pain in his neck after riding through an intersection on his Suzuki GSX-R on Aug. 27, his 27th birthday.
Knee-high land-speed record device
Wed, 28 Jul 2010This mad looking motorcycle is a land speed record device that never turned a wheel in anger. It was built by the infamous Dave Manning in 1968 using a discarded drop tank from a Korean fighter plane. Manning built a space-frame chassis inside the tiny teardrop and also managed to find room for a Suzuki T500 twin cylinder two-stroke motor.
