Triumph Bonneville description

Up for auction at NO RESERVE we have a very nice very original correct 1969 Triumph T120R Bonneville motorcycle that runs and rides great. The bike is all original other than the tires, it is factory correct in nearly every way. It is a January 1969 build with matching engine and frame numbers and 17k original miles. The bike runs great and has no mechanical issues. It does however need a couple minor things. The rear tire is flat (new tire and tube included) the ignition key is missing but the switch still works, he taillight lense is missing but included is a nos in the box lense, and a new battery. The original seat pan is cracked on the bottom but the original seat cover and foam are still soft and not ripped.

The bike has always been stored indoors and really runs great. 1969 is a very desirable year and it is rare to find such an original example or Triumph's original superbike. Did I mention its also NO RESERVE? High bidder wins one of the most iconic motorcycle models ever made from one of the most desireable and sought after years in all original condition. The bike is being sold with a bill of sale only no title. It is originally from Connecticut and titles were not issued for motorcycles in 1984 when it was last registered.

The bike is sold as-is where is with no guarantee expressed or implied . also NO RESERVE do not bid if you do not have the funds or ability to complete the transaction this bike will be sold. Full payment to be made within 7 days of the auction end, not 7 business days but rather 7 calendar days.Cash in person or bank to bank wire transfer from a major u.s. bank are accepted methods of payment. I can store the bike for 1 month after the auctions end to allow the buyer time to arrange pickup/shipping. Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer I will sell worldwide but you the buyer must arrange and pay for shipping. I will not release the bike until the payment has cleared my bank and the funds are 100% available to me.

Who To Watch In AMA Pro SuperSport

Thu, 13 Mar 2014

America’s road racing champions of tomorrow are racing in AMA Pro SuperSport today, and their season kicks off this weekend at Daytona International Raceway. With events on both Friday and Saturday, there are plenty of chances for glory for the 48 competitors entered. AMA Pro SuperSport is the most unpredictable class and the racing gives a chance for riders in the large fields to step up and prove they have what it takes. A great example is reigning AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike Champion and current SuperBike pilot Cameron Beaubier, who cut his teeth in his two-victory, two-pole season in 2010.

2010 Triumph Speed Triple exhausts tested

Thu, 17 Jun 2010

Over the last month I’ve been busy trying out some of the exhausts available for the Speed Triple. Apart from being very easy to fit, they all claim power gains of around 8bhp and give substantial weight savings. It’s worth noting at this point that Triumph only recommend Arrow cans and discourage the fitting of slip on exhausts especially if they are not mapped to the bike.
