Triumph Bonneville description
1973 Triumph Bonneville five gear, vary fast dual carburetors. Brand new front brake master cylinder, brand new old stock mufflers. Just had the top end professionally done (push rods, timing, cylinders, spark plugs, new coils, and plug wires). This bike sat for a long time before I resurrected it earlier this year, all matching number bike, clear title, registered. Starts on 1 kick, has Boyer aftermarket ignition, brand new battery. This bike has rare 20" front rim with knobby tire(off road tire) bike comes with an extra front street tire...I put as much money as i could afford into it, now i have to get something out of it for the holidays.There is a small dent on the front of the tank by the handle bars, natural wear and tear on paint and chrome from age of bike, (30 yrs), bat wings (turn signal switches) are chipped. Right side carburetor needs a rebuild or replacement, bike cuts out from float sticking open and flooding the engine, could be an easy fix, but I've put enough money into it. It has a small oil leak which is vary common for British motorcycles as well. 2014 Triumph Bonneville, Bonnevile T100, Thruxton and Scrambler Receive Minor Updates
Thu, 22 Aug 2013Triumph has updated its modern classics lineup for 2014 with minor styling updates for the Bonneville, Thruxton and Scrambler. Otherwise, all three models return unchanged mechanically with some new colors (the colors listed below were announced for the U.K. market; Triumph may have different options for the U.S.) The 2014 Triumph Bonneville receives a new pillion grab rail and a new vinyl seat with improved filler material to improve rider comfort.
2015 Triumph Daytona 250 Spied
Fri, 29 Nov 2013Spy photographers have captured images of Triumph‘s upcoming 250cc sportbike. The new sportbike (we’re calling it the Daytona 250 until Triumph tells us otherwise) is one of two new 250cc single-cylinder models Triumph is designed primarily for India, where Triumph officially started operations this week. There is a very good chance however the Daytona 250 and its naked roadster sibling will be exported to other markets including here in the U.S.
