1977 Triumph Bonneville T140, Up for sale is a beautiful 1977 Triumph Bonneville! This motorcycle has been kept in MINT CONDITION for years! Everything is original, no aftermarket parts on this! Frame has been restored by Powerline Cycles in 2012. All paint is in great condition. Bike runs as good as it did in 1977! This bike only has 9,029 miles on it! Paint is a beautiful black and white as shown in the photos below. All chrome is in great condition. It runs on a 750cc engine, OHV vertical twin with 49 BHP at 6,200 RPM! Bike has been kept in properly stored facilities for years. This bike has a clean title, as well as proper inspection, registration and is 100 % street legal. Triumph announced some updates to its Tiger 1050 and Tiger 1050SE for 2012, though at the moment it appears only the SE version will be offered in the United States. The 2012 Triumph Tiger 1050 and the special edition version receive updated suspension with new damping settings for both the front and the rear as well as a stiffer rear shock. Triumph says the updates will provide a more controlled ride for both riding solo or with a passenger while brake diving is also reduced.

Things are coming along nicely in the Speed Triple camp. I’ve finally removed my gaffa tapped heated jacket controls from the tank, and fitted a pair of Bridgestones sticky but durable BT-16’s. Last week a huge box full of R&G crash protection stuff arrived so that will be fitted at the weekend for peace of mind, just as well really because the Triumph now feels like a finely tuned scratcher thanks to a recent new discovery.
