2007 Triumph Bonneville on 2040-motos
Triumph Bonneville tech info
Triumph Bonneville description
I love this bike. I've used it primarily for big trips (rode across country on it twice). It's a fantastic tour bike, but also nimble enough to ride around the city. I bought this because I wanted a super reliable cruiser--this bike is absolutely rock solid.
I've added: * New Bonneville bars * Front signal relocation brackets * Custom made diamond stitch leather saddle by Mavericks Customs in UK (stock saddles included) * Saddle bag brackets and Triumph Leather Panniers (not pictured but included) * British Customs Chrome "Cocktail Shaker" Exhaust (sounds fantastic) 13,xxx miles. Just had new front and rear tires put on, tune up and oil changed at Motoworks Chicago. Have taken good care of the bike, always stored inside. Bike needs nothing--ready to ride across country again. Can meet shippers and help with loading bike if needed. Clear Illinois title in hand. |

Triumph riding experience
Mon, 26 Apr 2010Just got back from a sunny Silverstone where we’ve been given the chance to sample Triumph’s Riding Experience. Very nice it was, too. It’s not a track day.
Tested: Bridgestone BT-016 Pro's
Fri, 17 Jun 2011Two months ago I had a set of Bridgestone BT-016 Pro’s fitted to my Triumph Speed Triple. Before setting out on the new tyres, the Speed had covered 4000 miles. Now with just over 7000 on the clock the rear tyre is on the limit markers.
Steve McQueen Inspired Motorcycle
Tue, 10 Nov 2009British motorcycle manufacturer Triumph and Swiss watch manufacturer TAG Heuer have collaborated to create a special, one-of-a-kind “Bonneville Heuer” Triumph motorcycle. The association between Triumph and TAG Heuer comes as a result of their common values and the legacy of Steve McQueen, who was famously linked to both brands. The TAG Heuer Bonneville features a unique blue and orange paint scheme that was inspired by the Porsche sports car driven by Steve McQueen’s character in the movie Le Mans (1971).
