Triumph Bonneville description

READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULL...THIS AUCTION IS FOR ROLLING CHASSIS ONLY !

I have tried to find some history on this chassis, but have had no luck. It is very cool and would make a great vintage drag bike or build a motor and run it at El Mirage.

THIS AUCTION DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ENGINE,TRANSMISSION or MAGNETO

I was told the front end was rebuilt with new tubes and it looks right.

I replaced the original Avon Drag slick with a new M&H slick.  The old tire comes with it.

There are a few more parts that come with it like the rear sprocket, etc.

I made a plate that fits between the frame rails widen the frame so the rear wheel can be centered.  Needs to be welded.

The rear fender is a cheap plastic job that came with the bike, you will want to replace it.  The rear fender mount is a modified Vincent fender hinge and needs to be attached to the frame with a through bolt or ???

This is a very interesting project bike that needs to finished.  It is a piece of history !!

Ignore the part where it says clear title, E Bay doesn't give you real life options.....NO TITLE, this is a race bike.  Bill of Sale only.  There are no numbers on the frame as it was shop built for racing only

Please talk to me BEFORE you make payment

You can call with questions...951-992-9839

I will work with your shipper. ALL shipping costs and arrangements are up to the buyer.  If going overseas I will assist by building a crate and whatever else you might need.  I do charge for the crate and additional services to export. REMEMBER this bike has NO OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS and I am NOT going to obtain them.  It is a race bike and has never been titled.  I will ship as parts so you should not have an issue with paperwork.  I have shipped bikes to Europe, Australia and Japan as well as all over

EICMA 2012: 2013 Triumph Daytona 675 and 675R Unveiled

Tue, 13 Nov 2012

Today at EICMA 2012, Triumph has taken the wraps off the hotly anticipated Daytona 675 and 675R. We first broke the news of a new Daytona last month, but details were still largely unknown at the time. As we expected from the fresh, updated look of the 2013 model, the 675’s updates are more than just skin deep.

Price William The Duke Of Ducs And Other Motorcycles

Mon, 02 Dec 2013

The Duke of Cambridge, Prince William, visited Britain’s largest motorcycle show, Motorcycle Live, at the National Exhibition Center in Birmingham. The visit saw the Duke astride numerous motorcycle models including UK icons Norton and Triumph as well as a Ducati 1199 Superleggera (one of the few men able to afford the $70,000 rarity). During his visit Prince William enjoyed a display of off-road riding – one of nine opportunities for visitors to ride at Motorcycle Live, eight of which are inside the halls of the NEC. He also met Dean Linehan, exhibitions director of MCI Exhibitions, the company that organizes the annual motorcycle exhibition.

Triumph 1600 twin Cafe Racer

Mon, 08 Mar 2010

WE SPOTTED this one earlier on French website Motorevue: a Swede, Sivert Raask, has concocted a this motorcycle from Triumph's 1600cc Thunderbird cruiser, with the use of a handmade seat, a Ducati tank and a bit of cunning.Quite tasty for a home-brewed effort, don't you think? We love a cafe racer here on Visordown, send us yours!
