2008 Triumph Daytona 675, This beautiful Blue Triumph Daytona 675 needs to find a new loving home! I bought it brand new from European Cycle Sports and then got pregnant 3 months later. I have barely ridden this beautiful bike, hence the low mileage! I did fall over while standing still at a stop sign (ok, you can stop laughing now), but luckily I have the frame sliders, GB Racing Covers, so as you can see in the pictures the left side covers worked very well! The back side got a little scratched. What is on it: ASV Levers GB Racing Covers Frame Sliders Track Stand Bobbins Ride Height Adjustable Rear Suspension Link (it lets you adjust the ride position higher or lower) Shop Manual I also had the Rectifier Recall done and now the new battery lasts!! I really don't want to sell it, however it looks so sad just sitting in the garage. It has always been garage kept, never stunted, one owner! Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM
Tue, 26 Aug 2014More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.
FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013
Tue, 19 Feb 2013The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
Speed Triple gets new boots
Tue, 18 May 2010Since the spark plug incident last month resulting in the premature demise of the factory fitted Metzlers, I’ve had to find some new rubber for the Speed Triple. With the Triumph’s punchy engine Commuting 1800 miles a month on motorways and city roads, I need something that will cover decent miles but also be up for some frequent country lane antics. With the BT023’s Bridgestone claim longer life with solid wet weather performance for touring riders whilst satisfying the demands of the keen sport bike riders.
