Performance, handling and usability will always be at the heart of all our motorcycles and the legendary Rocket III proves it. It’s a real rider’s bike with unique and original custom styling. Think of it as a Streetfighter on steroids. Its sports bike derived brakes include twin front discs with Nissin four-piston floating callipers, a Brembo rear calliper and braided hoses all round. A massive 240 millimeter rear tire and long chromed, triple exhaust pipes add to its presence and confirm that this incredible motorcycle has the performance to match its muscular looks.

Bonneville Motorcycle Speed Trials Set for Aug. 23-28

For six days, August 23–28, 2014, the collective eyes of speed freaks world-wide will be focused on the famed Utah salt flats as constructors and riders race for national and world records at the recently renamed Bonneville Motorcycle Speed Trials. Continuing the relationship the American Motorcyclist Associationmaintained over the past 10 years during the BUB Motorcycle Speed Trials, the AMA will clock top-speed runs in every class of motorcycle, ranging from 50cc mini-bikes to high-dispacement streamliners.
EICMA 2013: 2014 Triumph America LT
Tue, 05 Nov 2013Just as it did with its Thunderbird family, Triumph revealed a new bagger to its America cruiser line at the 2013 EICMA show. Follow the rest of our 2013 EICMA show coverage Originally revealed in CARB documents as the America Horizon, the Triumph America LT adds a deattachable windscreen, pillion backrest and leather saddlebags to turn the midsized America into a serviceable light tourer. The America LT is powered by the same air-cooled 865cc parallel-Twin with a 270-degree firing interval as the regular America and the Speedmaster cruisers. Performance numbers are the same, with Triumph claiming 60 hp at 6800 rpm and 53 ft-lb.
