Triumph Tiger description

2010 Triumph Tiger 1050 ABS with Awesome triple cylinder power and torque. Pulls from 2,000 RPM and lights up above 3,000 like a wild cat and growls like nothing else.

Touring saddle bags and tank luggage. These are Triumph brand $1,500 option. Braided brake lines and Nissin ABS brakes stop on a dime. Great suspension and pre-load adjustment. Just finished 1,600 mile ride to eastern OK and Arkansas and seat was more comfortable than expected. The Pirelli Angel tires have been great with about 60% wear. Easy removable luggage offer great touring capacity. I'm the second owner, age 62 and regularly maintain the bike as scheduled.

Steve McQueen Inspired Motorcycle

Tue, 10 Nov 2009

British motorcycle manufacturer Triumph and Swiss watch manufacturer TAG Heuer have collaborated to create a special, one-of-a-kind “Bonneville Heuer” Triumph motorcycle. The association between Triumph and TAG Heuer comes as a result of their common values and the legacy of Steve McQueen, who was famously linked to both brands. The TAG Heuer Bonneville features a unique blue and orange paint scheme that was inspired by the Porsche sports car driven by Steve McQueen’s character in the movie Le Mans (1971).

Jeremy Toye Wins 92nd Running Of Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

Mon, 30 Jun 2014

On his first attempt at the Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, road racer Jeremy Toye set a record in the premiere Open Class to win the category aboard a 2015 Kawasaki ZX-10R, celebrating the 30th year of the legendary Ninja brand. Prior to setting foot on the hill, Toye was confident he could get among the class leaders, aiming to beat the outright Pikes Peak motorcycle record, which was set by Carlin Dunne in 2012 with a time of 9:52.819. While that record remains intact, Toye was able to set a time of 9:58.687 to win the Open Class, finishing 6sec ahead of his closest rival, Fabrice Lambert aboard a Ducati.
