I am selling my 1995 Yamaha FZR 600 Turbo. It's been a blast to ride since owning it, but now I'd have to sell it as I have too many toys and I need the space on my garage.When I 1st bought it about two years ago, it was pretty much parts and pieces. I built it back up and got it running good. This bike has never been wrecked nor layed down.Not perfect but its clean, runs and drives. Definitely 1 of a kind bike.The Good:*Rides and Shifts Good*CMC Custom Rims*Custom Paint Scheme*Re-upholstered seats to match paint scheme*Walbro Fuel Pump*Mallory Fuel Pressure Regulator*DSM EVOIII T3 Turbo*Oil Scavenging Pump Turbo cooler/lubricationThe Bad:*Been sitting for a while so carbs need to be cleaned good and tuned to run great (I can still get it started though, but its hard)*Kinda dirty - needs to be washed.*Front Right Fork is leaking - I would say that the forks will need to get refreshed/rebuilt (new fork seals and fork oil) - before you decide to ride it around*Has a little scratch on the right side fairing from it tipping over at my driveway. 2014 AMA Supercross – Oakland Results
Mon, 27 Jan 2014With three different racers tasting victory in the first three rounds of the 2014 AMA Supercross Championship, the season was shaping up to be one of the deepest and most competitive fields we’ve seen. But at Round Four at O.o Coliseum in Oakland, Calif., Ryan Villopoto showed why he remains the top dog, leading each lap for his second win of the season. The Kawasaki rider only trailed at the very start of the race, as Honda rider Vince Friese took the holeshot with Yamaha‘s Justin Brayton slotting in second through the first corner.

Tue, 15 Jan 2013We’re just over two weeks into the new year which means it’s time for MotoGP teams to start the promotional push for their 2013 MotoGP programs. Ducati is set to reveal its Desmosedici GP13 today at its annual Wrooom ski event with Ferrari‘s Formula One team later today, but Yamaha has gotten the jump on its Italian rival by releasing new photographs and a video of ex-Ducati rider Valentino Rossi and reigning World Champion Jorge Lorenzo. Also revealed is the 2013 Yamaha M1, though the racebike is shrouded in graphical overlays of its pilots and devoid of any sponsor logos including the newly signed supporter Monster Energy.
AMA Superbike: 2012 Daytona Results
Tue, 20 Mar 2012Josh Hayes and Blake Young picked things up where they left off by trading wins at the 2012 season-opening AMA Superbike round at Daytona International Speedway. Reigning champion Hayes of Monster Energy Graves Yamaha took the first race handily, leading almost right from the start of the 15-lap race for the win. Yoshimura Suzuki’s Young, who finished second to Hayes in the 2011 AMA Superbike Championship, responded by taking the second race, but only by a slim 0.002-second margin.
