Yamaha FZ description

2011 Yamaha FZ1, We might as well be telling you this bike was a new, leftover 2011 but it's not, it's an exceptionally clean low mileage two owner bike that just arrived in trade. And it was well cared for, recently serviced and only in the 2nd owner's hands a very brief period. It was only in need of a thorough inspection which includes a ten mile test ride by our technicians, running it through the Maryland State Inspection check list (passed flawlessly) and the installation of the stock rear fender and reflectors that the prior owner had removed so it would pass the MSI. Aside from that we gave it a fresh bath, shined it up just a little more than how it arrived and brought it to the showroom to be photographed and offered up to one lucky, fast acting person seeking a great ride. The tires are also in great shape, dated 49/10 on the rear and 44/11 on the front and have tons of miles left in them with very even and light wear showing. It was sold to the second owner by the local Yamaha dealer and serviced there as well in March of this year. Yes, he simply fell in love with a new BMW and that's what he's now enjoying. These FZ1's crank out about 147 HP from the 998 cc motor coupled with a six speed gearbox. Halting that power comes from 4 piston calipers attached to dual disc up front and single disc on the rear. We found no cosmetic issues at all, as we said it is exceptionally clean. The cast spoke wheels look flawless, the silver paint beautiful and the addition of the dark tint Zero Gravity screen adds a very complimentary visual touch in addition to being very functional. It also has the factory center stand and a set of frame sliders, also in black finish. And the satin black canister exhaust makes this machine look even more assertive on the road than the bike might appear with a standard silver system. It arrived with a spare key, factory tool kit but no owner's manual but we've ordered one in and when it goes to a new home that person will have all they need to call it their motorcycle.
