1987 Yamaha srx 250 in excellent condition. Runs very nice. Fuel tank is clean and has been sealed. Has a small discoloration on top of tank. Other than that paint is good and has no dents. Bodywork is very nice. Has very low miles. Has new battery. Tires are in good condition. Chain and sprockets are fine as well. Fuel valve was leaking so it was replaced with a aftermarket one. Fuel gauge and signals all work. Everything works as it should. Bike runs and shifts well. Bike will be a nice addition to any collection. I have clean title in hand. Kenny Roberts R1 Auction Nets $87,000 for Charity
Mon, 22 Aug 2011The one-off GYTR-equipped Yamaha YZF-R1 ridden by “King” Kenny Roberts at this year’s U.S. Grand Prix at Laguna Seca was auctioned for $87,000. Roberts and late night television star Jay Leno were the special guest auctioneers for the R1 at Mecum’s Motorcycle Auction in Monterey, Calif.

Mon, 30 Sep 2013The 2013 AMA Pro Superbike has just wrapped up its season this past weekend at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, with Josh Hayes dominating the race and his teammate, Josh Herrin, finishing second to clinch his first AMA Superbike championship. Not long after the checkered flag waved did Yamaha announce some big changes for the upcoming 2014 season. First and foremost, Herrin will be departing for Moto2 next year, fulfilling his desire to compete on the world stage.
2015 Yamaha MT-07 Moto Cage Stunt Bike Revealed
Mon, 29 Sep 2014Yamaha continues to expand its MT lineup (or FZ lineup for us North Americans) with a new stunt rider variant on the MT-07. Making its public debut tomorrow at the Intermot show in Cologne, the 2015 Yamaha MT-07 Moto Cage will likely be an exclusive model for the European market like the Street Rally and Sport Tracker variants of the MT-09. Polish rider Rafal “Stunter13″ Pasierbek has signed on to be Yamaha’s official stunt rider, performing at shows and competitions on the MT-07 Moto Cage.
