Lorenzo And Rossi Unveil Yamaha MotoGP 2014 Livery

Yamaha’s official MotoGP outfit unveiled the team’s official 2014 livery in front of a packed audience in Jakarta, Indonesia. The team’s two factory riders, Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi, were on hand to proudly showcase their YZF-M1 motorcycles. As expected, blue, Yamaha’s factory color, plays a major role in the color scheme, but unlike last year where it was the dominant color, it is equally offset by contrasting white swaths on the upper fairing, fuel tank, and throughout the lower fairing.

A MotoGP rep for under £100?

OK, so it's only for kids, but the new Yamaha M1 WGP 50th Anniversary Balance Bike is still quite cool. Aimed at kids between 2 and 6 years old, it's the same Kiddimoto superbike design that's been around for a few years, and costs the same as the standard Kiddimoto. Yamaha Wraps Up Sepang MotoGP Test

Pre-season test lap times aren’t a precise barometer for how the 2012 MotoGP Championship season will go, but Yamaha has to feel good about its results after this week’s testing at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit. Last February at Sepang, Honda riders were the talk of the preseason session, taking three of the top four lap times on each day of the test. That pattern repeated itself in the final championship standings with Casey Stoner taking the championship, Dani Pedrosa finishing third and Andrea Dovizioso fourth.
