UP FOR BIDS IS A " NO RESERVE " 1972 YAMAHA JT2MX MINI ENDURO. THE BIKE IS ALL ORIGINAL AND COMPLETE. IT DOES HAVE SOME NEW ITEMS, NEW TIRES, LEVERS, CHAIN, SPROCKET AND NUMBER PLATE. THE BIKE IS NUMBERS MATCHING AND A VERY GOOD RESTORATION CANDITATE. IT WAS RUNNING LAST YEAR BUT IT STARTS AND DIES NOW. MAYBE A CARB ISSUE? IT HAS GREAT COMPRESSION AND SPARK. THE CLUTCH AND BRAKES WORK WELL AND IT SHIFTS PROPERLY. ALL THE CABLES ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. THE FORKS AND RIMS ARE DECENT. THE GRIPS AND PEGS ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. On the 11th January 1962, Steve Hislop was born in Hawick, Scotland. Today would have been his 50th birthday, but he was tragically killed in a helicopter accident in 2003. Hizzy was a genius on a motorbike and when he was happy with everything around him, he was amongst the best in the world.

Yamaha Patents Tricity Variant Design

Yamaha has patented the design for a new variant to its Tricity leaning three-wheeled scooter featuring a broader fairing resembling the TMax. Yamaha has previously announced it would introduce more leaning multi-wheeled vehicles, and this newly patented design may be the next one to go into production. The new design is heavily-based on the original Tricity.
