The S model gets even more chrome: chrome triple clamps, fork sliders, air box cover, engine covers, head-light housing, handlebar risers, and more. Estimated 42 mpg* means this cruiser can go the distance between fill-ups. Clutch has light, easy-pull operation 20% less effort at the lever than before. Left-thumb operated high-beam switch, and right-thumb activated accessory driving light switch for great visibility. Jewel-like fit and finish, and Star quality paint, chrome and attention to detail are evident all over the Raider S. Cool, tank-mounted instrumentation complements the custom look, and contains analog speedometer and fuel gauge, along with twin digital tripmeters, odometer and self-diagnostics. Valentino Rossi Test Drives Kyle Busch’s NASCAR Toyota Camry
Tue, 23 Apr 2013The morning after riding his Yamaha M1 to a sixth-place finish at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, nine-time Grand Prix World Champion Valentino Rossi landed in Charlotte, N.C., to race around another track; only this time there were no right turns. (UPDATED with additional photos.) Rossi met up with NASCAR racer and fellow Monster Energy-sponsored athlete Kyle Busch to ride Busch’s Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Camry at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Busch, winner of the last three Nationwide Series races, gave Rossi a walkaround of his car before taking the Yamaha factory rider around a few laps of the Charlotte Motor Speedway 1.5-mile oval.
