Highly customized 2009 Yamaha road star warrior in excellent condition 6,900 miles: 250 wide tire kit with Avon rear tire (widened and enlarged rear rim w/ modified swing arm), Baron lowering rear adjustable links with performance spring, lay down rear caliper, Big Dog Mastiff rear fender, Star Stiletto seat, Raked triple trees with fork extenders, custom headlight, Drag T bars, Kuryakyn grips and swing-wing foot pegs, Baron Big Air Kit, Dynojet PC V, Vance & Hines Long Radius pipes, Air Plug Off, re-wired with wires located in frame neck and Tach positioned inside of original air box. Mon, 04 Mar 2013Ryan Villopoto captured his series-leading fourth win of the season in a red-flagged main event before a record crowd of 60,178 at St. Louis’ Edwards Jones Dome, as the 2013 AMA Supercross season reaches its midway point. The race started with MotoConcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi taking the holeshot with Muscle Milk Honda‘s Justin Barcia and Yoshimura Suzuki‘s James Stewart on his tail.
Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season
Wed, 04 Dec 2013More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
2014 AMA Superbike – Barber Results
Mon, 23 Jun 2014Josh Hayes captured his third and fourth wins of the 2014 AMA Superbike season to take the double at Barber Motorsports Park. The two wins moved Hayes to the top of the championship standings from third as the three-time champion put himself in good position to win a fourth. Race One The Monster Energy Graves Yamaha rider had a relatively easy Race One as several top rivals crashed on the hot Alabama track.
