Yamaha Royal Star description

The motorcycle is in excellent condition. There is however a very small piece that was accidentally broken off a cover when the bike was taken in for its routine preventative maintenance service. The tech tending to the bike didn't know how to open the cover and he forced it open and consequently broke off a small piece. Please see the images and you'll see the broken corner yourself.
Garage kept. Automatic noise adjust radio. Routinely maintained.
The bike has tons of added chrome to it. Many extras. Beautiful bike.
The reason we are selling it is because we are moving and won't be able to keep it in a garage for a while therefore we'd rather sell it and have someone enjoy it as much as we have.

Stoner explains the tank slapper

Mon, 03 Oct 2011

Casey Stoner looked all set to win at Motegi, after translating his pole position into an early race-lead. But coming over the crest on the back straight his bike momentarily lost control in a tank slapper. Regaining composure the championship leader was forced to pump his brakes to get the pads back in place, with the rear-wheel bouncing in the air he ran out of time and space to make the 90 degree right hander and was forced to run into the gravel.

So that's why he's called RANDY de Puniet

Tue, 20 Jul 2010

RANDY de Puniet may well have just been ejected from his LCR Honda RC212V MotoGP racer during qualifying for Sunday's Sachsenring GP but that ain't gonna stop him from bringing one of the company perks with him to Dr Costa's on-circuit surgery. The Frenchman crashed during qualifying after hitting oil and water spilled on track by Jorge Lorenzo's Fiat Yamaha, after it spewed its guts along almost the entire length of the start finished straight. Following the crash De Puniet was whisked away on a stretcher with a suspected broken foot.
